• We retain 10% of the gross commissions earned, with a minimum of $500 per loan. That‘s it!
• We take out no taxes. You are sent a 1099 at the year‘s end. You are responsible for your own operating expenses.
• We pay on funding‘s within 24 hours of passing compliance, often on the same day. When we receive the check, then you get your check. When we receive the wire, then you get your check.
• We will overnight your check to you at your request, or courier bank deposit for you.
• We are the original nationally recognized wholesale/broker outlet for almost every state.
• We give you access to International Lenders such as Credit Suisse, UBS and GMAC. The copy cat companies don‘t have what we do. Often imitated, never duplicated.
• We have many offices doing over a hundred loans a month, and we wire funds all day to our offices accounts.
• We are the best so why try the rest? There are companies that offer extremely low "Per File" figures. The problem is that they don‘t pay. So in fact their low figures are pretty high then if they take your whole commission.
• Sign up a friends office and we will give you a bonus check every month.

What do we require of you?

• Maintain an active and current broker‘s license in your home state. Colorado brokers must provide a business license and a certificate from the Secretary of State.
• You must be experienced in the mortgage business.
• Fraud Detection System - Loan data will be submitted by you through our network LOS (Encompass) , prior to lender submission, and the integrity of the data will be reviewed.
• Lender reps - Western Thrift & Loan‘s lender reps are trained and instructed in our policies, procedures and requirements. All associates are required to utilize our assigned lender reps exclusively.
• Use of our state-of-the-art network LOS (Encompass) for all Western Thrift & Loan originations and submissions There is a $305 one-time set up fee and a monthly LOS maintenance fee of $100.00, paid directly to our online provider. This will provide you with 24 hour access to our LOS system.
• Obtain a devoted phone line for all Western Thrift & Loan business
• 10 loan per quarter minimum production requirement
